Based in Chevy Chase, Maryland, Nova Ventures is the successor to Nova-Habitat, with roots dating to 1992. The firm focuses on acquiring and redeveloping challenging, underutilized properties in the Washington metropolitan region.
Our portfolio spans multifamily housing, mixed-use development, townhomes, senior living, and industrial real estate. Across these different uses, thoughtful site planning, urban design, and architecture guide our work.
